An artist has developed images that visualise online cyber threats using the actual computer code of the malware.

The Romanian-born computer artist Alex Dragulescu uses code provided by MessageLabs to show the similarities, unique attributes and patterns amongst a variety of threats in cyberspace.

This [image] shows Phishing1 - a phishing attack which requires the recipient to confirm their details, often under the guise of enhancing security.

The artist is now based in the US.
